The thesis deals with a complex study of structural, semantic, cognitive, pragmatic and ethnocultural peculiarities of the accusation utterances in modern German fiction discourse. The direct and indirect realization forms of accusation utterances, the verbal means, the syntactic models and the perlocutionary effect of accusations are singled out and analyzed. Accusation utterances are viewed as complex polyillocutionary utterances.
