Popivnjak R. Organizational and economic grounding of coop-erative ventures development in agrarian sector.

Object of research: economic and legal relations of the process of establishment and development of cooperative formations in agriculture of post-reform period in Volyn region. The purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodological fundamentals and applied aspects of establishment and development of agricultural productive and serving cooperatives and grounding of proposals as to increase of their economic effectiveness. Methods: abstract and logical, monographic, graphical, statistic and economical, systematic and comparative analysis, calculative and constructive. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical and methodological basis of the research is made by dialectic method of knowledge, system approach to study of economic phenomena, works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on question of cooperation, cooperative formations, mechanisms of their fulfillment on different phases of agriculture development, recommendations of scientific and research organizations, legislative andother normative documents on questions of development of agro industrial complex under market conditions. Practical importance of the got results is in the fact that their use will provide effective functioning of mechanism of establishment and development of cooperative formations, improvement of domestic farming relations in post-reform period, decrease of losses at production of one unit and increase of its quality. Research novelty: for the first time mechanism of development of domestic farming productive relations at agricultural productive cooperatives is developed; notional apparatus of the category of cooperation is specified, it is proposed to view as an organizational structure or as a form of labor organization, as well as process of combining of efforts and resources; new methodological approaches as to application of transfer and market prices in productive subdivisions (primary cooperatives) are developed; theoretical and methodological fundamentals of cooperative formation are improved; scientific bases of the for-mation of agricultural productive cooperatives as prevailing organizational and legal form of agricultural enterprises in Volyn region and methodological fundamentals of estimation of structural and dynamic tendencies of their development in post-reform period have been further developed; proposals as to goods structuring of agricultural enterprises and formation of goods structural subdivision as productive and sale module, combining set of technological links are grounded. The degree of introduction: Main office of agro industrial development of Volyn regional state administration and office of agro industrial development of Manevychi district state administration. Effectiveness: Fulfillment of the research results will provide increase of production effectiveness at agricultural cooperatives and agricultural branch in general. Field of application: Main office of agro industrial develop-ment of regional and district state administration as well as educational process of agrarian universities.
