Kalganova O. Judicially-legal frameworks of participation of foreign citizens at the criminal trial of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of judicially-legal frameworks of participation of foreign citizens at the criminal trial of Ukraine. Actuality of theme of research is conditioned by the necessity of theoretical comprehension of problems of realization of norms of the rates criminal-proceeding legislation in connection with production on criminal deals at participation of the foreign people at the criminal procedure of the Ukraine. The questions related to legal regulation of participation of foreign citizens at the criminal procedure of Ukraine are explored. The requirements in relation to the removal of failings in the criminal-proceeding legislation of Ukraine, providing of interconditionality and harmonization of criminal-proceeding legislation of Ukraine with the norms of international law are grounded. The features of realization at the criminal trial with participation of foreign citizens during realization of the criminal legal proceeding in Ukraine are determined. The legal questions in relation to status and normatively-legal providing of rights and legal interests of foreign citizens at the criminal legal proceeding of Ukraine are examined. Suggestions are expressed, recommendations are given, the positions directed on perfection of realization at the criminal trial with participation of foreign citizens are grounded. The legal documents and existent practice of international cooperation of the fight against criminality are analyzed, in particular at the criminal trial with participation of foreigners.
