Volkodav V. Attraction of the West European investments into Ukraine from an experience of the transitional economies

Object of investigation are terms, factors and mechanisms of bringing in of west European investments to Ukraine after experience of countries with a transitional economy. The purpose of research: ground of suggestions in relation to bringing in of west European investments to Ukraine after experience of countries with a transitional economy. Methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and comparison, comparative analysis, correlation analysis, prognostication and design. Theoretical and practical results: scientific positions and practical developments are formulated allow to optimize the investment policy of Ukraine in the field of bringing in of west European investments after experience of countries with a transitional economy with the purpose of providing of cash inflow in an economy, increase of efficiency of his use and acceleration of euro-integration processes. Research novelty: intercommunication between the streams of direct foreign investments is first measured in foodretail industry and agriculture of Ukraine taking into account the regional features of their realization; improved: approaches to stimulation of foreign investments by addition their principle of grant of privileges investors only in the cases when investment activity answers the offered major socio-economic aims of the state development; got subsequent development: estimation of prospects of bringing in of foreign investments to Ukraine, including through working out in detail them on the basic of west European countries of origin of capital. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the separate economies of Ukraine. Efficiency: will be instrumental in optimization of investment policy of Ukraine in the field of bringing in of west European investments.
