Mogilenetc O. Clinical and immunological indexes and possibility of their correction in patients with acute respiratory diseases

In thesis results of epidemiology research on grippe and acute respiratory diseases situation in the Kharkiv region are presented. The state of clinical and immunological indexes, including integral haematological and maintenance of a-INF and IL-2 in patients on acute respiratory diseases is studied. Course peculiarities of acute respiratory viral infections in the case of in time identification of grippe B and paragrippe viruses in comparison with monoinfections caused by this viruses as well as acute respiratory diseases on patients seropositive to M. pneumoniae аre presented. Possibility of the integral haematological indexes use for diagnostics of bacterial complications on patients with acute respiratory diseases is considered. It is set that under admission of patients on acute respiratory diseases to hospital observed only a tendency to increase of a-INF maintenance and increase of IL-2 maintenance in blood serum. In dynamics there was growth of a-INF maintenance and tendency to decline of IL-2maintenance. In patients with absence of ?-INF in blood serum in the initial period of acute respiratory diseases tendency to more prolonged course of diseases is observed. It is grounded advisability of administration and proved therapeutic efficiency of new domestically produced interferon inductor Amixin IC. It is discovered that therapy by Amixin ІС has interferongenic effect, positively influences on clinical course of disease and contributed in more rapid release of organism from an infection, causing no side effects.
