Senyshyn O. The Organizational-Economic Providing of Business Planning Process in Corporate Sector of Ukraine.

Laws and features of development of business planning in corporate sector of Ukraine are investigated. The significant attention are given to definition of the theoretical contents of concept "business planning" and analysis of theoretic-methodological bases of business planning process research. On the basis of the analysis and comparison budgeting procedures in corporation "Ecolan" and Join - Stock Company "Lviv confectionery firm "Svitosh" the model of the organization of business planning process which characteristic to the enterprises of corporate sector in Ukraine is offered. For the first the trend analysis for decision activization of business planning in corporate sector of economy has been proposed.
