Essay

Thesis is devoted to questions of increasing of activeness of treatment of chronic gastroduodenal diseases in children by the study of homeosthasis essential trace elements (iron, copper, zinc, cobalt), the state of free-radical processes and systemic immunity, as well as correction of dismicroelementosis and metabolic violations. Data about interconnection between spreading, duration and deepness of inflammatory - destructive changes in gastric and duodenal mucous membrane in children with of chronic gastroduodenal diseases and level of dismicroelementosis and metabolic violations have been obtained. Indices of dismicroelementosis appeared to be moderate in chronic gastritis and significant - in chronic gastroduodenitis and ulcer disease of duodenum and almost absent in children with functional disorders of alimentary tract upper section. The carried out investigations about free-radical processes intensiveness showed that in CGDD increase of peroxidation under simultaneous decrease of antioxidant defence has been observed. Complex treatment of dismicroelementosis and metabolic violations in children with CGDD which includes the use of transcutaneous electrodregging novocaine and vitamin C together with peroral taking of " Drops Beresh Plus " has been scientifically grounded and worked out. Under the influence of the proposed treatment - rehabilitation complex combined with pathogenetic basis therapy frequency of abdominal, dyspeptic and astheno-vegetative syndromes is decreased, tendency to normalization of essential trace elements content in blood as well as indices of antioxidant defence and systemic immunity have been observed.
