Gryshchuk N. Land mortgage legal regulation as per legislation of Ukraine and Germany: contrastive analysis

This dissertation is devoted to the pressing issue of the land mortgage legal regulation as per the legislation of Ukraine and Germany and based on contrastive analysis, in particular the author describes legal aspects of mortgage, provides substantial legal description of land mortgage as per legislation of these countries, defines key issues and key directions of the land mortgage issue development in the Ukrainian land law.It gives historic and legal genesis of land mortgage, provides definition and legal nature of land mortgage, as well as defines its place in the system of the land law of Ukraine, describes current status of legal regulation and significance of the land mortgage in Germany. The author describes peculiarities of the land mortgage subject definition, investigates the grounds for land mortgage and legal procedure of the land mortgage registration, charge for the land and land mortgage determination.
