The clinical material of research will consist from 196 patients, among which 81 patients (162 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy and 115 sick (123 eyes) with NVG on background dibetus mellitus. With the help of the data computer reoophthalmography it fixed, that on a measure of development of a diabetic retinopathy and NVG there is a progressing augmentation of reographic coefficient, minute and puls volume of a blood-groove, and at development NVG downstroke of volumetric parameters the depends on a level of an intraocular tension. The flebodecompressive operation is an improvement of parameters of a hemodynamics of an eye,complete or partial regress neovascularization and normalization of an intraocular tension. Surgical tactics which will consist of two stages is offered: 1 stage - performance flebodecompressive of vorticos veins; 2 stage - performance sinustrabeculirisectomy. The analysis of results of treatment has shown, that suggested tactics allows to lower quantity intra-and postoperative hemorrhagic complications in 4,6 % and to reach indemnification of an intraocular tension during 1 year in 84,3 % of cases, against 57,5 % in comparison group.
