The dissertation is devoted to questions of perfection of management by formation, distribution and use of profit of trade enterprises. The device connected with a problem of management by profit of trade enterprises is specified conceptually. The new approach to classification of profit of trade enterprises as object of management in a cut of the basic directions of this management and by introduction of some new classification attributes is offered. Methodical approaches and criteria of an estimation of productivity of management are specified by profit of trade enterprises, parameters of such estimation with allocation of parameters of an estimation of efficiency and quality of management are systematized, the interesting parameter of such estimation is offered. Offers on perfection of management by formation of profit of trade enterprises in view of a risk factor are developed - identification and ordering of risks which can be considered as objects of such management are lead; the comparative estimation of parameters which are used for definition of a risk level is lead, borders of various zones of risk are certain.
