Svydruk I. Formation of manegement's systems in the enterprises of electronic trade.

Complex research of theoretical aspects and practice of forming is carried out, development of the control systems on the Ukrainian enterprises of electronic trade. Classification of the electronic trade by three levels is offered depending on its opportunities of realization of the certain functions at different stages of the application. The concept of the infrastructural providing of management of the electronic trade and its elements is determined. The concept "systems of management in the electronic trade" is grounded, and basic approaches are certain to its creation and functioning are offered. The function chart of management of processes control of trading activity of enterprises of electronic trade is developed. Analysed the status of the electronic trade and its management in Ukraine are made, ways of improvement of management are offered by the electronic trade.
