Essay

The thesis is dedicated to a new solution to the problem of today's gynecology - to increase the efficiency of treatment of chronic urethral genital chlamidia (UGC) with women of reproductive age by means of lymphotrop injection of antibiotics. With the lymphotrop method of injection of medicine in a dosage of 5 mg/kg by weight the concentration of pefloxacine in the tissues, infected with chlamydia of organs will reach 28,1±0,2 мg/мl in 3 hours, in 6 hours - 24,3±0,2 мg/мl, in 12 - 20,2±0,2 мg/мl and in 24 -12,4±0,2 мg/мl, that is more than 7 times (р<0,05) and for more than 24 hours exceeds the minimal ingibir concentration that results in deaths of 90 % chlamydia. The deloped method allowes to completely eliminate the causative agent of the desease, to decrease two times the daily dosage of antibiotics and reduce the duration of the treatment 2,33 times (p<0,05).
