Object - the process of traffic distribution in networks. Subject - network with non stationary traffic. Target - effectiveness increase of resource usage. Newness - probable and time characteristic were received for the multipath routing; a method for the optimal path number definition was developed; a flow redistribution procedure for critical network state was improved. Results - the multipath routing and resource distribution methods were developed for different network states. Implementation - SF USRIT, ONRIT, KNURE, ONAT.
