This dissertation represents a monograph-type study of urgent legal complex of theoretical and practical problems of acceptance and exegesis of judge criminal process decisions in the judicial control order at the pre-judicial stages of Criminal Process. The legal comparative analysis of appearance and development of the judicial control institute in Criminal Procedure is carried out; its essence and quality of law investigate bodies decisions which are the object of the judicial control are investigated; the legal nature, classification and the mechanism of judge decision acceptance at stages of criminal case excitation and pre-judicial investigation are considered. The author makes research-based suggestions aimed to improvement of the present legislation and development of the new Ukrainian Criminal Procedure Code."
