Essay

Thesis is devoted to actual problems of theoretical and practical grounds and measures elaboration preventing commission of violent crimes by police officers. The notion "violent crimes committed by police officers" is determined. The notion "usage of official standing by police officer" is extended and specialized. Complex criminological characteristic of violent crimes committed by police officers is proposed. Complex of factors of determination of violent crimes committed by police officers is established and analyzed. Criminological characteristic of personality is presented; typology of perpetrators on the base of motives of violent crimes commission is presented. The problem of latent violent crimes committed by police officers is viewed. Ways of improving measures of prevention of this kind of crimes are determined and presented.
