The thesis is devoted to criminal-legal research of provocation of crime. The historical and law aspect of development of legal norms, which regulate responsibility for provocation of crime are determined. The author has researched the international law norms and acts of foreign countries in the prevention of provocation activities.The research of provocation of crime in the bounds of the institute of complicity and correlation provocation with different kind of complicitors has been conducted.
