Mihailuta E. The thin-ceramic masses on the base alkali kaolin's for sanitary goods with low firing temperatures

The thesis is devoted the elaboration of thin-ceramic masses compositions with low firing temperatures (to 1200oC) on the base of alkali kaolin's. This choice is substantiated by the prevalence of them on the all territory of Ukraine. The literature dates are supplemented by results investigations of this work to a great extent. The dilution the water suspensions alkali kaolin's of by the different electrolytes are obtained. The influence of degree perfection crystalline structure clay component on the dilution of water suspensions is established. The nature of feldspar component and influence of them on the microstructure goods formation is studied. The science grounds of expediency the using of alkali kaolin's in the thin-ceramic masses instead of expensive feldspars in this work. In the work also the new compositions of non-fritted glazes with firing temperature under 1200oC are elaborated. The results of work are inculcated in the "Dneprokeramika" (Pology town).
