Belozertsev R. Formation of the strategy for development of coal mines

Object of the study is process of the shaping to strategies of the development coal-mining enterprises. Objective of study is development and scientifically-methodical motivation of the strategic directions of the development coal-mining enterprises. Methods of research are generalizations, analysis and syntheses, system and strategic analysis, expert estimation, matrix, subscripted, standardisations. Theoretical and practical results: the decision scientifically-practical problem of the improvement organizing-economic mechanism of strategic management coal-mining enterprises; organizing-economic mechanism of management enterprise on base of the monitoring and identifications weak signal external and internal ambience of the enterprise. Novelty is improvement of strategic management coal-mining enterprises with account their branch specifics. Degree of the introduction by: Ministry to coal industry of the Ukraine, coal-mining enterprises (standard Mintopenergo of the Ukraine SOU 10.1.02070708.001:2005). Branch of application is coal-mining enterprises.
