This thesis discloses the way of solving scientific and applied problems of working out of economic-organizing basics of confectionary industry enterprises competitiveness increase. Theoretic-methodical basis of enterprises competitiveness, its increase, and control over competitiveness at national and international level are described in this thesis. The analysis of competitiveness of the basic manufacturers of confectionery production is made. The most successful brands of confectionery production as one of the factors of a enterprises competitiveness are analysed. Strategic alternatives of development of manufacturers of confectionery production on the basis of the lead analysis internal and an environment are offered. The basic directions of policy of the state concerning increase of competitiveness of national manufacturers in conditions of globalization of economy are certain.
