Smirnov Y. The formation of a mechanism of financial competition management

The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretical and methodical positions on formation of managing mechanism of financial competitiveness of the enterprises. Object of research is process of a substantiation and acceptance of administrative decisions concerning financial competitiveness of the Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises. An object of research is a set of theoretical and methodical questions on formation of managing mechanism of financial competitiveness of the Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises. For the first time aspects of theoretical and practical realization of managing mechanism of financial competitiveness of the enterprise are developed; the methodical approach of development of integrated factor of enterprise's financial competitiveness is offered. Methodical approaches concerning an estimation of parameters of solvency, liquidity and financial stability are advanced. System of enterprise's financial competitiveness factors in view of branch specificity is developed. Have received the further development theoretical approaches by definition of essence of such concepts as liquidity, solvency, financial stability and financial competitiveness of the enterprise; the methodical approach to an estimation of influence of changes of external factors on activity of the enterprises of ferrous metallurgy of Ukraine.
