The algorithm of calculation index "preferential amount of leasing interest rate" is defined. The use of this algorith, according to the financial leasing agreement, helps to decrease the total prize sum for the lessor, if advance payment is cleared more than established rate. The financing sources structure of technical renovation is improved. The activity of financing support mechanism of leasing by bank establishments is cleared. The transformation mechanism of problematic credit endebtedness in accordance with leasing agreement through bank establishment is improved. Practical approaches connected with the defining the necessity in technics and optimum sources of its financing are substantiated. Also optimum production structure in agricultural enterprise with taking into account machine and tractor parks is substantiated.
