Los V. The history of Greek-Uniate Church at the Right-Bank Ukraine during the end of the XVIII - 1st half of XIX century: the source history aspect

The thesis devoted to the source analysis of documents of state and church-administrative organs of govern of Russian Empire, which are the main source concerning the state of Greek-Uniate Church at the Right-Bank Ukraine during the end of the XVIII - 1st half of XIX century. The author characterizes the main historiography achievements of the XIX - XXI centuries concerning this problem; gives systemаtization and classification of sources; makes an attempt to define the scientific worth and authenticity of it. During the process of classification and systematization it was defined the types of documents and it was offered the complex classification of sources by their origin and sort sign, which is most expedient for research. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the content of documents, which gives valuable information concerning such little researched and actual problems as the realization of tsar policy on the sites, the pastoral activity of Church, religiousness of population etc.
