Aim of article is to improve direct effectiveness of surgical treatment and quality of life in patients with ARR after TRE in cancer. We have experience in treatment of patients with ARR after TRE in lower rectal cancer. We developed a method for surgical treatment of rectal cancer after TRE with plastic reconstruction of the perineum and formation of the circular serous/muscular cuff in the colostomy area
