Object - Managerial process by a fixed capital of marine trading ports. Goal - Formation of the theoretical bases of efficient management by a fixed capital of marine trading ports for maintenance of a survival in competitive struggle. Methods - the system, comparison and structural analysis, economical statistics, economical mathematics. Novelty - The methodical bases of formation and introduction of politics of management by a fixed capital and amortisation politics of the enterprises of port activity on the basis of immitation modelling, a method of the quant-economic analysis and construction of a bidimentional matrix are developed for the first time. Result - The basic ways of formation and introduction of politics of management by a fixed capital of marine trading port are proved.
