In the dissertation is improved the method of calculating of the strength and deformation in noncentral pressed reinforced concrete elements under the same time local heating and exploitable loading. The influence of temperature stresses during heat impact (as kind of local heating) on the processes of crack creating in the concrete and on it's strength is appreciated.
