Seliverstov V. The right to land property in agricultural enterprises.

Dissertation is devoted to development of directions of realization of own on agricultural lands and grants of suggestions in relation to their effective use and agrarian enterprises. Economic maintenance of the landed relations and categories which characterize spheres and forms of their display is certain. Essences of relations of manage and their communication is certain with the relations of own on agricultural lands and results of their use. Socio-economic potential of different patterns of ownership on earth and forms of manage proper to them is explored. The analysis of regional features of realization of own is carried out on agricultural lands and economic efficiency of their use in agricultural enterprises. The method of calculation of cost of earth and estimation of patterns of ownership is improved on earth from the social and ecological point of view. Criteria and sizes of rent are certain for earth and specified the method of its economic evaluation. Directions of the state adjusting ofthe landed relations are offered in Ukraine.
