Essay

The object of research – process of forming and introduction of antirisk measures on machine-building enterprises. The aim of research – creating of the theoretical approaches and methodical recommendations on the economic estimating and organizing of the marketing maintenance of antirisk actions at machine-building enterprises. The methods of research – cluster analysis, graphic method, expert estimations, fuzzy-plural estimations, correlation-regressive analysis, imitation modeling. For the first time the method of estimating the marketing maintenance of antirisk actions on machine-building enterprises with determination of indexes of economic, organizational and social efficiency is developed in the thesis. The process of antirisk measures forming is improved, and methodical recommendations on the evaluating of antirisk measures efficiency based on the system approach, and the classification of the maintenance of antirisk actions are developed here. The methodical recommendations to organizing ofthe marketing maintenance of antirisk actions of machine-building enterprises, the recommendations on the choice of limit of the expenses on marketing actions depend on risk level, and also the methodical recommendations on evaluating of the marketing potential of risk level reduction are developed here. The results introduced in the activity of organs of executive power, machine-building plants, and also in the educational process. The sphere of using is risk management and marketing management.
