Buslo A. Optimization of complex medical treatment of patients with chronic generalized parodontitis with the use of gingivosteoplastics and polipeptide drugs.

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of rise of efficiency of medical treatment of patients with chronic generalized parodontitis. The results of the work performances are based on clinical research of 77 patients with chronic generalized parodontitis age from 30 to 60 years without concomitant pathology, who were complexly treated. A control group was made by 20 persons, somatically healthy and with the sanitired cavity of mouth, of a corresponding age. The clinical-laboratory methods of inspection are used. It is revealed that application of the offered method of medical treatment, which includes conducting of operation of gingivosteoplastics in combination with polipeptide preparations (timalin and vermilate), at patients with chronic generalized parodontitis causes liquidation of inflammation in tissues of parodontium, parodontal bone sockets and renew of function of parodontium. The obtained results aresaved in remote terms, that provides firm clinical stabilization of process in tissues of parodontium and determine favorable prognosis in the subsequent course of illness. A maximal effect is observed at application of operation of gingivosteoplastics with polypeptide preparation of vermilat.
