Belichenko Y. Clinical-laboratory substantiation of selection of agents of prophylaxis of a caries of dens for the ado-lescents of Crimea

The thesis is dedicated to the preventive actions of the adolescents of Crimea living in locales with a unfavorable ecological condition effectiveness increasing problem solution. The epidemiological researches have shown, that the caries prevalence for children of this region takes in 12 years 83,8±5,01%, and in 16 years is sharply increases up to 96,7±5,11% at the intensity 6,0±0,30. The new approach to dens caries prophylaxis for the adolescents is offered that including measures complex, first of all the oral liquid рН definition; taking into account these parameters endo- and exogenous agents and polymineral-vitaminized complex is prescribed; directional treatment-and-prophylactic action toothpastes usage depending on рH value. The research has shown that the offered way of caries prophylaxis for the adolescents increases immune status at common and local level, improves the oral cavity oral liquid mineralization that results in adolescents dens caries prevalence and intensity decrease
