Kornienko V. Lawful bases of civil society of modern Ukraine (institutional aspect)

It has been done the system analysis of essential, structural and functional characteristics of the institutions of civil society as a law phenomenon in dissertation. It has also been done the analysis of the opportunities of its methodological application in the law theory, scientific knowledge, gnoseology, investigation of the processes of structuring, functioning and development of civil society and jural state; it has been detailed the outgoing and fundamental phenomenon of "the institutions of civil society", it has been made an attempt to approach to its conceptual essence; it has been defined the main peculiarities of realization this idea in the law and political development of the Ukrainian society. It has been defined analyzing the institutions of civil society the key features, law foundations and mechanisms of building the society, where the social-state life is a product of a free civil society and is under its control. It was proved, that there is a threefold strategic task before the Ukraine: to form the exact conception of character and functions of the institutions of civil society; to uncover the potential role of the institutions of civil society; to cultivate the complex of practical actions, which will be the means of socialization of the state and effective defense of the rights of people.
