Regional grain market research revealed that state mechanism of farm producers support is insufficient Regional grain market model is developed under conditions of price uncertainty that has practical significance. Scientifically based organizing and economic mechanism of farming regulation is offered for implementation on the basis of determined optimal ratios as to applying state and market methods of farm enterprises activities regulation.
