Essay

The thesis is devoted to the task solving the reliability improvement of agricultural sprinklers frames and bars by means of constructions of frames and bars of developing and creating the effective calculating method for substantiating structural parameters of sprinkler bearing and functional elements while moving along the field roughness. It was built a small size sprinkler dynamic model that helped to get the final subjections for building up amplitude- and phase-frequency vibrations characteristics of arranged sprinkler mass. As the result of numerous solutions of differential equations system which describe the small sprinkler motion dynamic it was obtained a series of characteristics (velocities, accelerations, angular velocities and accelerations). On the basis of these solutions it was obtained the analytical subjections for determining dynamic coefficients at any sprinkler point. An effective engineering method was worked out that permitted to substantiate rational individual structural parameters of small size sprinkler functionally-bearing elements. Experimental researches were conducted to determine the real dynamic of small sprinkler leading where the actual indexes of dynamic coefficients at the examined points were set. On the basis of calculations on the worked out engineering method it was substantiated the structural parameters of pendant and performed the changing of hard elements. High efficiency of the improved sprinkler operation was tested by means of experimental actions where the considerable sprinkler technological process grading up was observed at the reduced dynamic coefficients.
