The object is the constitutive aspects of Pythagoreans numerology influence on the Platos philosophy. The aim is disclosing of the constitutive aspects of Pythagoreans numerology influence on the Platos philosophy. The methods are logical, systemically, historical, method of comparative analysis, dialectical, structural and hermeneutical. The thesis is devoted to the research of numerology of Pythagoreans and its interpretation in Plato's philosophy, and also is dealt with a question of numbers concept placement in the cosmology of the Academy's founder. In the course of the history-philosophical analysis of numbers concept significance in Pythagorean's doctrine it was determined, that the number as the independent cosmological principle was used by the representatives of the italic school at first. It was separated from the myths elements and expressed the Being entity and its universal laws by itself. During the investigation of the Pythagoreans teaching's numerological laws and their connections with the Plato's theory of atoms, it was proved, that the atoms construction was based on the theory of the legs and hypotenuse ratio as the pancosmically law, that structuring the Universe. In the course of the numbers concept role investigation in the Plato's heritage analysis, it was explicated that numbers ontology was laid at the heart of first transcendental metaphysic.
