Essay

The thesis is devoted to the synthesis of Rh(III), Pd(II) coordination compounds with salycilaldimine and carbothioamide derivatives, determination of the composition and structure, investigation of cardioprotective properties some of them. A 22 new coordination compounds has been synthesized, their composition and structure were determined by the elemental analysis, electrophoresis and physico-chemical methods. It has been shown that the presence of intramolecular hydrogen bond has a significant influence to the coordination manner of the ligand molecule and it depends on synthesis conditions.
