Solovei N. The formation of mechanism of co-operation between sides at aviation transport insurance

The thesis is dedicated to the improvement of mechanism of interaction between insurer and insured on air transport. The method of estimation the minimum level of sensitivity to the risks of insurance reserves formation is offered. On the basis of insurance additional pay rate differentiation according to the risks at the flight stages of aircraft operation there is offered the method of tariff formation to establish parity of the contactors' interests. The model of the ability to achieve definite equilibrium between opposite economic interests of insurer and insured is developed. The mechanism of interaction between parties concerned in air transport insurance is developed and practical policies to evaluate overall results are offered.
