Topicality of work is conditioned by current problems of air enterprises activity and innovative development, absence of co-operation mechanism between subjects of aviation transport innovative activity. The basic problems of air enterprises innovative development of Ukraine are exposed in dissertation. It is analysed and generalized experience of aviation industry world leaders and certain basic strategic directions of their subsequent development. It is exposed and generalized factors which influence on investment in innovative development of aviation enterprises. Taking into account forming of market relations in Ukraine it was developed subjects of aviation transport innovative activity co-operation mechanism.
