Essay

This work is important today because it's necessary to found the model of control-gear of property relations in the joint-stock airline. Taking into account theoretical and methodical footings concerning control-gear of property relations migration scheme of stockholders' rights to managers' rights was investigated which gives a possibility to see the transfer of rights from stockholders to managers. The system of property managing was developed where it's possible to identify exact the main reason of the inoperative property managing as a deficient distinct understanding of the hierarchical structure of rights. To create the common model of control-gear of property relations it's suggested the identification policy of opportunist behavior of managers which gives us a possibility to backtrack the opportunist manifestations of managers opportunist manifestations of managers.
