3. The dissertation contains scientific research of economically grounded choice grounded choice and forming strategy of airport passenger terminal development. The basic methods of forming incomes and costs ofairport, the measure of efficiency criterion were analyzed, the strategies of airport development and it's passengers terminal are determined. The modern condition of development of aviation branch and airportsin Ukraine, basic tendencies of airport development management was analyzed. The functioning of airport passenger terminal was considered as a difficult multi-channel servicing system. The methods of choice and forming of strategy of airport passenger terminal development, the functioning models of airport passenger terminal and the strategy choice of development of passenger terminal and measure of efficiency were elaborated.
