Mihalova H. Оrganizationally -economic and social preconditions of forming and development of cooperative stores

In dissertation the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of forming and development of attendant and productions cooperative stores are investigational on the basis of estimation of their activity. Theoretical bases of functioning of cooperative stores are considered in the first section, their economic, organizational and social signs are investigational, the different types of classification of cooperative stores are investigational, and economic-historical estimation of development of cooperative motion is conducted. The second section is devoted to the analysis of productions cooperative stores of the Poltava region efficiency of functioning, management effectiveness, and basic obstacles which restrain development of agro industrial complex of Ukraine, is certain. The basic performance indicators of attendant cooperative stores and farmers economies are considered in the third section, as their morphons. The algorithm of construction of attendant cooperative store and concept| of principleof no "profitability" is improved. Basic directions of forming of co-operative structures are analyses in a region. Development of the agrarian forming of district is certain in directions of construction of effective organizational structures on principles of co-operation.
