Novak O. Management of Strategic Development of Agricultural Enterprises.

Dissertation is devoted to the investigation and development of theoretical and methodological aspects, applied recommendations about the management of strategic development of agricultural enterprises in present-day conditions. The theoretic-methodological aspects of effective management system forming of organizational forming strategic development are generalized here. Conceptual model of the process of working out of the development enterprise strategy is offered. The activity of agricultural enterprises of Volodarka and Bilatsercva districts of Kyiv region is analyzed, investigated the peculiarities of the process of development in modern conditions: its basis, principles, components, factors of influence and so on. With the help of worked out and supplemented methods the estimation of resource and administrative potential as the basis of further development was made; financial position as necessary pre-condition of enterprise functioning and efficient indexes as indicators that characterize the process of development. The investigation of mutually dependences between the indicated parameters gave the possibility to substantiate effective variants of the elements combination of the enterprise development system which became the ground for developed and offered strategies.
