Hernaha Y. The efficacy of new method binocular retinal photostimulation by stereoscopic patterns in case of refractive and disbinocular amblyopia treatment.

Object - refractive and disbinocular amblyopia, stereoamblyopia. Purpose - increasing of efficiency of patients treatment with refractive and disbinocular amblyopia by binocular photostimulation of retinal correspondence fields by use of stereoscopic patterns. Methods - definition monocular and binocular separabile, vernier and dept visual acuity, character of refraction, fixation and the retinal correspondence, character of vision, deviation. The equipment - Best device, Khartinger refractometer, autorefractometer "Topcon", orthopthoophthalmoscop, synopthofor, Uors color device. The opportunity of binocular photostimulation of retinas use by stereoscopic patterns is proved for amblyopia treatment, restoration of the binocular and stereoscopic vision disorders has been proved too. The new method is worked-out, allowing to combine in one procedure pleoptic, orthoptic and stereoscopic treatment. The offered method increases the resolve ability of the eye in case of patients treatment with disbinocular amblyopia allows to restore binocular vision in 29,2 %, stereoscopic - in 16,7 % of patients; stereoscopic vision in 37,8 % of patients at treatment of patients with refractive amblyopia.
