Essay

The thesis consists of generally theoretical analysis of the ways of qualifying the legal adjustment mechanism on the footing of juridical compromise. The correlation of imperative and dispositive methods on the level of legal adjustment modes (of stimulus and restrictions), which create the modus “juridical compromise” is proved in the given thesis. The mine principles of legal compromise theory of harmonization of social relationship, which systematize the regularity of influence of legal compromise method on the MLA.
