Essay

In this dissertation theoretical and methodological bases of resource utilization efficiency in cattie breeding are discussed. The essence and the substance of the terms efficiency, resource conservation, resource utilization are revealed. The present day state of cattle breeding in Ukraine and Kharkiv Region is investigated. The peculiarities of its functioning in market conditions of farming especially under the condition of entering Ukraine info WTO are stated. Quantitative and qualitative resources, that must influence the efficiency of cattle breeding development are discussed. Propositions as to efficiency of resource utilization are worked out, and also resource-conserving technology of working over organic fertilizers is proposed.
