Essay

Data of microbiological, physical, chemical, pharmacological study of 8 synthetic antimicrobial substances which consist of quadrivalent nitrogen, quinoline and menthol is presented in this dissertation. In experiments we used 234 strains obtained both from patients in clinics and museum culture collection. Sensitivity of antibiotic - resistant S.aureus strains to new developed antiseptic drugs were investigated. Also, we investigated the antimicrobial activity of new antimicrobial substances under influence certain factors as pH (6.0; 7.2; 8.0), protein overweight (5%, 10%), microbial load (103;106;109 CFU/ml). We obtained the data of effect on microbial adhesion ability antimicrobial substances which consist of quadrivalent nitrogen, quinoline and menthol. It was proved that there is the same antimicrobial efficacy between natural l-menthol and synthetic racemate menthol. This data allowed using synthetic racemate menthol to produce antimicrobial medicine with low cost. It was studied pharmacological, chemotherapeutical action of these antiseptics upon acute purulent wounds within experimental and clinical study.
