Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of foot skin microbiocenosis structure studying in healthy person and patients with foot skin mycoses, substantiation of miramistin use for microbiocenosis correction. There have been described that the skin of the back of the foot and IV interdigital space is colonized with aerobic and facultative anaerobic microbes. Staphylococcus spp., Micrococcus spp., Corynebacte-rium spp., and Bacillus spp. are dominant inhabitants of the skin. In patients with foot skin dermato-mycoses colonization with Escherichia spp., Acinetobacter spp., Alcaligenes spp. іs in 1,2 times more then in healthy ones. The density of skin community is 4,75-4,96 lg CFU/сm2. The differences in intertopodemes colonization of the foot in different groups of investigated patients have been shown. Susceptibility of skin microflora to antibiotics has been examined. The most effective medicicnes according to majority of skin populations Kanamycin, Chloramphenicol, Tetracyclin. About 40 % bacterial populations are resistant to Penicillin and Lincomycin.The microbial skin inhabitants have different susceptibility to miramistin. The most susceptible bacteria are Corynebacterium spp. and Micrococcus spp. Under the influence of miramistin local application reorganization of IV interdigital space skin microbiocenosis has been occurred. The decrease of bacteria colonization density has been observed especially among Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas spp., and S. aureus.
