Essay

Data of complex clinicoimmunological examinations of 179 patients on the allergic dermatitis (AD) are generalized in this thesis. The disorders of systemic immunity have been revealed among the patients with AD: T-lymphocytopenia, decreasing of number circulating CD4+-lymphocytes, reducing of immunoregulating index CD4/CD8, repression of PAM, increasing concentration of CIK mainly at the expense of more pathogenic medium-sized molecular and small-sized molecular fractions, dysimmunoglobulemia, activity increase SIF on the background of reducing ?- and ? - INF concentration in blood were revealed. The type of marked immunological changes correlated with arising frequency of disease recurrence. The level of proinflammatory (IL-1?, IL-2 and FNT?) and anti-inflammatory imbalance (IL-4) of cytokine in blood have been revealed - increasing its types with relapse AD forms of the disease and differently directed changes on disease debut. Disorders of micro circulating stream have been stated: arterioles spasmand venules dilatation, arteriole venules coefficient continued decreasing to 1:4-1:5, microhemorrage. Found microcirculatory disorders correlated with relapse frequency. It was pathogenetically argumented that introduction of cyclophen and immunophun to the complex of patient treatment with the relapsing AD forms. Administered the necessity of conduction patient's immunorehabilitation with the presence of secondary immunodeficiency with allergyl application.
