Shalayeva I. Optimization of the treatment of patients with chronic pancreatitis in combination with chronic pyelonephritis

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of treatment of chronic pancreatitis in combination with chronic pyelonephritis. Moderate ab-dominal pain is characteristic in 57,4% of cases in clinical manifestations of combined pathology. Chronic pancreatitis had often exacerbations in 31,1% of cases, chronic pyelonephritis had torpid course in 39,8% of cases. Patients with combined pathology predominantly had the follow: pancreatic excretory insufficiency, phenomenon of anzymes' "deviation" to blood, prevalence of lower obturative type of pancreatic secretion. By the data of sonography structural changes of pancreas and kidneys are typical for isolated chronic pancreatitis and pyelonephritis. There were characteristic decrease of state of the health, activity and mood, high levels of situation and personal anxiety. Clinical manifestations of pancreatitis and pyelonephritis are related to each other. Treatment included antihomotoxic preparation solidago compositum C and sulpiride promotes reduction of clinical manifestations and func-tional disorders of pancreas, improvement of sonographic data of pancreas and kidneys, decreasing of psychosomatic disorders and improvement of the clinical course of both diseases.
