Essay

The object of research is pension insurance of rural population involved in the agrarian sphere of production. The aim of the research is to work out theoretical and practical concepts of pension insurance of rural population involved in the agrarian sphere of production. The methods of research are analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical, statistic-economic, economic-mathematic modeling. Theoretical and practical results of the research - proposals can be used in practical activities of Ukraine's Pension fund and its regional departments, aimed at improving the system of pension protection in the countryside. Scientific novelty - for the first time, based on the imitation model, predicted ways of revenues to the budget of Pension fund were developed including various changes of social-economic factors up to 2015. The developed model makes it possible to identify the trends in the development of pension insurance of rural population as well as the main ways of its financing; conceptual approaches to the formation of independent pension insurance of rural population involved in the agrarian sphere of production was worked out by means of setting up professional non-state-run pension fund; its sources of financing will be, on the one side, farm producers' incomes, on the other side, capital of legal entities and government. The extent of introduction - the results of the research are used by the Main department of Ukraine's Pension fund in Cherkasy region and open stock company "Raiffaizen Bank Aval". Efficiency: promote improvement of financing of pension insurance of agricultural population of agrarian sphere of manufacture. Sphere, branch of using: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
