Arutiunian R. The development of integration process in the banking and insurance company activity.

The main subject of the dissertation is the complex and comprehensible investigating the aggregate of the financial and economic interrelationship among banks and insurance companies, which are to be met in the integration process in the banks and insurance company activity as they are two main institutions in the financial market. The issue of generalizing and systematizing methodological approach for determination of the principle and precondition essence for the bank and insurance company integration is of great importance in this work. The classification for the integration process is based on the following principles: territory dependence, the initiative of participants, the stage of development, the way for interrelationship, the local development.
