The dissertation is devoted to the problems of the development theoretic positions and practical recommendations about formation of marketing strategies on the market of metal plastic window's systems as scientific base of increasing competitiveness of the enterprises. Preconditions of formation of strategy market operators are investigated, laws of it functioning are revealed, there were offered principles of formation of marketing strategy. On the basis of use of methods and models marketing and statistical analysis the classification of metal plastic window's market counterparts were advanced, there was improved the factors of competitiveness of the enterprises and influence of marketing system to the results of economic activities of the enterprise. There was received the further development criteria of a choice of marketing strategy of small and average enterprises of metal plastic window's market owing to use of a matrix "the goods - resource opportunities", there was proved the creation of organizational-administrative mechanism of realization of opportunities marketing strategies of large enterprises of whole market.
